Ingredients: Tur Dal (Split pigeon Peas), Spices, Salt, Dehydrated Tamarind (Tamarind solids, maltodextrin), Chana Dal (split chickpeas), Sunflower Oil, Red Chilli Powder, Dehydrated Tomato (Tomato solids, maltodextrin), Sugar, Turmeric, Curry Leaves, Tartaric Acid, BHA added to preserve freshness.

  2. Heat I tbsp. oil in a cooking pan. Add 5 oz. (150 g) cut vegetables, 30 fl. oz. (900 ml.) water and entire contents of this packet. Mix well.
  3. Cook for around 25 minutes on medium flame while stirring occasionally.
  4. Suggested vegetables: Pumpkin, Beans, Drumstick, Sambar onions, Carrots, etc.
  5. This Mix contains oil, salt and spices. Add salt to taste.
